The location of this budget-friendly guesthouse was perfect for us as it was down the south shore, close to everything we wanted to see but without having to deal with the noise. We could easily walk or take the nearby tram to a few areas of interest. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view from the window. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the hosts, Kath and Rick, was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and served in generous portions.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet road close to the seafront. The hotel offered a comfortable conservatory on the ground floor where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The terrace was a great place to unwind and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected. The staff provided top-notch service, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
